How are your products made?

We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service. This means when you place an order, the product is custom-created specifically for you by one of Printify's network of print providers. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and products without holding large inventories.

How long until I receive my order?

There are two parts to your delivery time: production and shipping.

Production Time: Since items are printed on demand, they require production time before they ship. This typically takes 2-7 business days, but can sometimes take longer during peak seasons.

Shipping Time: After production, shipping times depend on your location and the print provider fulfilling the item. Standard shipping within the US usually takes an additional 3-7 business days. International shipping takes longer (see below).

Total Time: You can generally expect your order within 5-14 business days in the US. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What if I order multiple items? Will they arrive together?

Not necessarily. We work with various print providers through Printify to offer the best products. If you order multiple items (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), they may be fulfilled by different partners and ship separately. You might receive multiple packages and tracking numbers at no extra shipping cost.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

No. We will look to include international shipping in the near future.

Is the packaging discreet?

Our print partners ship orders in standard mailer bags or boxes. While the exterior packaging is generally plain, the return address label might identify Printify or the specific fulfillment center. The packaging will not explicitly display "Belong + Thrive" branding or indicate the specific nature of the store's theme on the outside.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order (or part of your order) ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and other payment options available through Shopify Payments.

How do I choose the right size for clothing?

Please check sizing carefully! Since items are custom-printed for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size. Each apparel item has a specific size chart on its product page with measurements. We highly recommend measuring a garment you already own and love, laying it flat, and comparing those measurements to the size chart before placing your order. Many of our items are unisex sizing unless stated otherwise.

What materials are your products made from? Can they vary?

Specific material details (e.g., cotton type, fabric blends, ceramic for mugs) are listed on each product page. We strive for consistency, but because Printify uses a network of providers, there might occasionally be slight variations in garment brands or material composition for the same product type. We work with Printify to ensure all providers meet quality standards.

How should I care for my printed apparel?

To maximize the life of the print and garment, we recommend washing inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results. Avoid using bleach or ironing directly on the print. Specific care instructions may also be on the garment tag.

Returns, Exchanges & Issues

What is your return/exchange policy? (IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ)

Because all items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues like buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong color. Please double-check your order details and use the size charts before completing your purchase.

Exceptions: We absolutely want you to receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, has a manufacturing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?

We're truly sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@belongandthrive.com and include:

Once we receive this information, we will work with Printify to verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not return items before contacting us.

My tracking hasn't updated, or my package seems lost. What should I do?

Please allow adequate time for tracking to update, especially during busy periods or for international orders. If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period (e.g., 7-10 business days for domestic, longer for international) or the package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier and Printify.
